Kilfire Liquid and Powder
Kilfire is a series of proven benign, environmentally safe range of products with various types of application systems and devices to suit a wide cross section of markets. It is a total and new concept for eliminating and/or preventing fire in all areas including bush/forest, household and industries. Product Demonstration
The following describes a demonstration of Kilfire product family, consisting of four separate fires or lots:
First: A range of pre-treated samples hanging from a wire, ranging from: Fabric, Rubber backed Carpet, Foam Rubber, News paper, Tissue paper, Paper towel, Cardboard, Synthetic wading, Brush Fencing.
This demonstration will show the bottom half of each object will burn until it reaches half way and stops, then even with a blow torch, it will be seen that the objects will not burn.
This demonstration shows clearly the effectiveness when used as a fire retardant, kilfire-Flame-ex is applied as an indoor treatment to Carpet, Curtains, Upholstery, together with outdoor brush fencing, the product can also be used for Paint, Plaster board and timber beams in roofing.
Second: A wide timber fire with Hay and Chaff leading out about three meters, when the fire is lit, the fire will not pass the line of the two bricks, Kilfire A-3000 Powder is used from truck tank No 1 as a retardant that lasts for about 12 days and then broken down by the UV rays, the same treatment applies to the Guy Fox, the bail of hay left centre, and little tiger Ted inside the fire that will be retrieved and intact after the demonstration, the bail of hay and the Guy Fox will burn eventually but demonstrates the retardant qualities.
In the timber fire will be another three bail of untreated hay, the one on the extreme left will be extinguished with Kilfire Junior, this is a small can that fits on the end of a garden hose and equal to 70 x 9 Litre fire extinguishers, the centre right bail will be applied with the standard water hose using water only, as it will re-ignite, the far right will be extinguished with Kilfire a3000 from the No 1 truck tank, at that point, part of the timber fire using Kilfire A-3000, and put my hand straight on it, as there is no re-ignition and no heat, at the same time I will recover Ted, Different sections of the timber fire will be applied with Kifire Junior and straight water from the tap for comparisons.
Third: Three aluminium trays of used chicken fat (About two litres) the fire will be started with unleaded fuel to build up heat, a cup of water will be thrown on causing an explosion, Please note: Kilfire is made up of 3000 parts water and 1 part Kilfire) the fist tray will be extinguished by A-3000 mist, the second with a small 400 gram can, and the third with Kilfire Junior (taking it to the extreme).
Fourth: A paddock of dry grass will be lit; it will stop where the grass has been treated as a liquid fire break, using Kilfire a-3000.
Demonstration Summary: Kilfire is New Age technology and has taken more than 20 years to perfect, produced from a food grade product base, designed for "A Grade" fires and not only retards an eliminates fire, also kills most fires such as shale, Volcanic, magnesium, Peat, oil, Fuel, Canola and Spinifex, and not necessary to destroy forestry when constructing fire breaks.
Kilfire Junior is designed for domestic user and land owner to kill or retard from approaching fire, a 1 litre container will last 15 minutes and allow 700 litres of water to pass through it , it is also available in two and four litre containers with an attachment to plug into reticulation systems.
All Kilfire products and application systems are supplied to Australian Standards, NON-Hazarders, and not required to be registered as a chemical, and can be used by all industries including the Hobby Farmer. All liquids and powders have been approved by the Health Department of Western Australia, the Water Corporation of Western Australia , Waters and Rivers of Western Australia , Department of Environmental Protection, Bush Lands Fire Council WA , and the National Registration Authority ACT.
